He was a disciple of efficiency, punctuality and quality and believes that every brick laid by this firm deserves a soul, as it is the dedicated contribution by the firm’s workforce. It was his intellect that guided Greenfield Re-Development Projects as the industry standard in Mumbai. He was influential in introducing foreign modern architecture & urban planning potential in large scale developments in Mumbai.
He had immense experience in negotiating high value disinvestments and had incomparable liaising capabilities that helped improve housing potential in strategically located land banks. His ability to accumulate large land banks and free them of any encumbrances now serves as an absolute advantage to his entrusted stakeholders.
